I saw Dr. Banks for a shoulder problem. I waited exactly 15 minutes in the waiting room to see him.! He is a very kind , efficient And knowledgeable Doctor. He ordered X-rays and they had an x-ray machine right across from my room. He could see from the x-ray that I had a lot of inflammation in my shoulder so he gave me a cortisone injection and he froze the area first, so it was completely painless! I BGB will see him again in 2 months. The whole visit took 40 minutes but I was not rushed at all. Dr. Banos truly is a great Doctor with an excellent bed-side manner. He is kind and compassionate which a lot of Orthopedic doctors are not . I know this first hand as I was a Nurse for 25 years and have worked in and visited many Doctor’s offices.
I will gladly see Dr. Banos if I need an Orthopedic Doctor at any time in the future. Everyone in his practice was efficient and did a superb
Job. I highly recommend them.!

All of the staff and Dr Banos were helpful and caring. Dr Banos took time to explain all my issues and listened to my problems. No other Dr I had seen for my injury did that. I'm very grateful for the care I received there.

Dr. Chang is a problem solver. After another doctor prescribed PT that did not work for me, Dr. Chang prescribed a wrist brace. Within a few days, pain subsided. More recently, it was suggested I have surgery on my foot. Dr. Chang prescribed orthotics...problem solved.

Dr.Chang and everyone I have interacted with at the Hospital and his office have been wonderful. Explains everything perfectly and does care about you getting better. Could not ask for any better medical care because I Believe they are the best at what they do. Keep up the good work and thank you again !

Dr Chang is a very detailed doctor and concerning Doctor who will never leave you in the dark. Love that skill, Its freshing to see and have all your questions answered the good one and the risky one in a thouro manner for I know these Doctors are always on the go. I want to thank you Doc Chang and for anyone and everyone involved with my Hip Replacement a Thousand Time over for my procedure was a challenging one. I'm only 4 11 & 200lbs so that's what makes it a lot more challenging. A Huge Thank You

Doctor Ford is one of the best doctors you can have he is excellent.

Dr. Ford is well respected in his field and came as a referral. I have seen him for two different problems and each time I have been more than satisfied with his treatment. He respects his patients and spends as much time as you need to answer all of your questions and concerns. He also has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. James Ford has treated me off and on for several years and always is very through as well as an excellent listner that provides me with quality care.

I have been seeing Dr. Ford for about a month for a knee problem. I found him to be very thorough with his exam and he explained everything he was about to do in great detail. His bedside manner was excellent and I was impressed how kind he was. I am hoping I will feel some relief from my pain soon. I left the office confident that I was in good hands with Dr. Ford. Had knee surgery today and the staff and doctor Ford were amazing. They were extremely accommodating and very informative threw out the whole procedure. I would highly recommended doctor Ford and this practice.
